Anthony and Priscilla, a lovely married couple from Malaysia, visited Turkey for a holiday. Overeall they enjoyed exploring Cappadocia and Istanbul. During their time in Cappadocia I had the pleasure of being their photographer and capturing their memories. You can find the full article “Cappadocia Holiday Photography” below the photos.
We met at the Museum Hotel in Üchisar where they were staying and began the shoot with the stunning view of the Museum Hotel. Despite the cold and windy weather the clouds in the sky created a beautiful backdrop for their photos.
Our first destination was Dervent Vallley. It is a spot we don’t often visit but it turned out to be a great location to capture the camel shaped rocks without any crowds around. Then we also took many photos at the castle ruins in Cavusin town braving the wind and enjoying the stunning 360 degree views.
A Hidden Cave
Next we discovered a hidden cave in the valley which provided a natural spotlight efect for the photos. We also took romantic photos among the dried leaves in Love Valley. This location was the safest place to fly a drone due to the windy weather. Then we ended the shoot on the hill of Love Valley with a flash and diverse shots.
Anthony and Priscilla had fantastic energy so we continued our tour by visiting a cave church in Göreme. I used a drone here for the first time. We wraped up the day with a stunning view of Kızılcukur before saying goodbye and dropping them off at Ariana Sustainable Luxury Lodge where they were staying.
Overall it was a pleasure to capture their memories and spend the day exploring Cappadocia with them. I wish them a wonderful and pleasant life together. If you’re ever planning a vacation to Cappadocia, don’t hesitate to contact me for a vacation photoshoot!
