Celebrating Love in a Historic Setting
Ephesus was once one of the largest cities in the ancient world with a history that dates back over 2000 years. The city was known for its impressive architectural feats. The Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World and the Library of Celsus are examples of these feats. Today, the well-preserved ruins of the city draw millions of visitors from around the world. It is one of Turkey’s top tourist destinations.
The day of the shoot began at No 10 Hotel in Selçuk where the couple was staying. After obtaining permission from the Selçuk Ministry of Culture office, we headed to the ancient city of Ephesus. To capture their love in this historic setting. The sunny day provided the perfect conditions for stunning exterior shots at the library, colonnaded road and ancient theater.
Sirince Village
Not content to stop there, we also visited Şirince village known for its charming and picturesque setting. This village offered a completely different ambiance, allowing us to capture more intimate moments between Fifi and Chasey. The village tour provided us with plenty of opportunities to capture their love surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the village.
As a wedding photographer, I am always honored to capture a couple’s love and commitment. And capturing Fifi and Chasey’s love in the historic setting of Ephesus was truly special. The ancient city provides a unique and stunning backdrop, making the images truly unforgettable.
