Nabiha and Oliver a lovely couple with their two year old daughter Emma, did a memorable family trip to Turkey. As their photographer I joined them for the Istanbul and Izmir leg of their journey. Our first priority was finding a babysitter for Emma. And after offering three options, they chose Elif who came highly recommended. We began the day with my VIP package, starting with hair and makeup by my dear friend Cevahir at Hotel Raffles Istanbul. I captured some nice shots of the family in the beautiful rooms and balconies of the hotel.

We then headed out in a chauffeured VAN with Elif accompanying us to explore Istanbul. Our first stop was Taht Istanbul where we spent a lot of time taking photographs against the breathtaking backdrops. Even we rent some Ottoman costumes for the family. Next we visited Ortaköy Square. It is a favorite spot for children to feed pigeons and an excellent opportunity for some lovely family photos.
Our final activity in Istanbul was a one hour shooting tour aboard a private motor yacht which I rented, in the Bosphorus. The views were stuning and we captured some unforgettable moments including a breathtaking sunset. We dropped the couple off at Raffles Istanbul and I said goodbye to them just for a while.
Our time in Izmir was just as delightful. Although we had many destinations in mind we ultimately chose to focus on Biblos Resort Alaçatı where the couple was staying. We spent about an hour taking pictures by the tropical plants, the pool and the sea resulting in a fantastic family photo shoot.
Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I hope to work with this beautiful family again in the future.
