Recently I had the honor of photographing Alcanshka and Noel’s proposal in Istanbul. This beautiful couple from India came to the city for a romantic getaway. So they wanted to capture their love with some stunning photos. They stayed in a lovely place: Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Pera.
Breathtaking View of the Bosphorus
Before we rented a photography studio in Besiktas which offered a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. Firstly, the proposal was carefully planned by Noel. So he wanted to surprise Alcanshka with a magical moment that she would never forget.
On the day of the photo shoot Alcanshka thought that they were simply going to have a photo session followed by a dinner. However, when she walked into the studio, she was met with a stunning display. Surprisingly a heart-shaped display of candles and rose petals were on the floor. The look of surprise and happiness on her face was priceless. She threw her arms around Noel and said yes to his proposal.
Quick Couple Session
After the initial shock had worn off we continued the photo shoot on the terrace, capturing the couple’s love and excitement in each shot. Then to celebrate the moment we headed to Karaköy, next to the Galata Bridge for a final photo session with the city lights at night.
These photos will be a lifelong reminder of the special moment when Alcanshka and Noel’s love story took a new and exciting turn. As a wedding photographer, it’s an honor to be a part of such memorable moments and to capture them for the couple to cherish for years to come.
