Sanya and Sharon, a lovely couple from Singapore, had planned to do a romantic honeymoon photo session back in 2019. But unfortunately the pandemic disrupted their plans. However when they decided to take a vacation to Istanbul, they saw this as an opportunity to finally fulfill their dream of capturing some beautiful memories together. Capturing Love and Memories Istanbul
We planned to do the photo shoot in some of the most iconic and picturesque spots in Istanbul. We started in the historic Sultanahmet Square, with its stuning architecture and colorful mosaic tiles providing the perfect backdrop for our photos. Next we headed to the majestic Suleymaniye mosque with its intricate details and grandeur that exuded a sense of serenity and spirituality.
After that we explored the bustling Grand Bazaar where Sanya and Sharon got lost in the vibrant colors, textures and patterns of the shops and stalls. We also made our way to the Eminonu seafront where the Bosphorus Strait and the Golden Horn meet, offering stunning views of the city’s skyline and waterscape.
A Romantic Vacation Photography Session
We wraped up our session on Galata Bridge with a stuning view of the Old City and the Bosphorus behind us. Sanya and Sharon were beaming with joy and laughter throughot the shoot by relishing in the romantic moments and having a blast together.
As a wedding photographer I strive to capture not only the images but also the emotions and moments that define the couple’s love story. Working with Sanya and Sharon was a pleasure and being part of their journey of love and adventure in Istanbul was an honor. My hope is that the photos we captured will serve as a timeless reminder of their love and the incredible memories they made in this beautiful city.
