Iranian Couple Living in America
Izmir Cesme Wedding Photographer : Dear Shahrzad and Borhan are an Iranian couple living in America and as Shahrzad’s family lives in Cesme in summers, they decided to hold their wedding there.

When they reached me via e-mail, I was thrilled because I would be in Cesme for the summer and the venue of the wedding, Cesme Radisson Blu Hotel was within 5 minutes walking distance from my home.
We met at Shahrzad’s village on the hill looking at Dalyan Cape and with a wonderful view in the morning for shooting. A symbolic ceremony to ask a girl’s hand in marriage was held here. It was really fun. Sympathetic manners of grandmother and grandfather amused everybody.
When Shahrzad was getting prepared at the hotel, Borhan was swimming in cool waters of Aegean Sea with his family. I really love the snugness of the grooms. While the bride deals with preparations for 3-5 hours, they have a rather long time to rest and have fun. So one should put it to a good use:).
Photo Shoot:
We made a brief photo shooting after he preparation on the streets of Alacati and ashore. Then we went to Cesme Radisson Blu Hotel for wedding. We shot with drone for our short film during the wedding ceremony performed the Iranian way. We used DJI phantom 4 this time. What left its mark on the night was the dance show by Shahrzad and Borhan. You can watch this dance on the wedding clip.
What remain on my mind from that day were the naturalness of the couple, their easiness, olive branch on Shahrzad’s head and the kindhearted people. On top of it, my family came to visit me at night during the shooting since the hotel was very close to our home but let’s not go there.
