I met once again, Daren and Stephanie in Santorini one week after we did a photo shooting in Istanbul. We had a really great time in Istanbul with the Malaysian couple who have been married for 15 years and who already have 2 children. In this respect, it was like seeing old friends again. A Volkanic Island, Santorini
After the volcanic eruption 3600 years ago, the island sniffed into its half-crescent shape and the middle of the island was buried in the Aegean sea. Minos civilization on the island was disappearing with this huge explosion. This is an active volcano for 3-4 million years and there are still areas were you can see a lot of volcanic smoke. On the other hand, it is one of the most visited islands of Greece with 2 million visitors annually.
I always preferred to stay in the hotel at Fira that stayed before. They were staying in Oia. I went to their place, Perivolas Hotel, for breakfast in the morning. This is one of the most famous luxury hotels in the world with the most beautiful view of Santorini. It really has a great atmosphere. We started the photo shoot by the pool. Stephanie wore one of the traditional Malaysian clothes for the session. Afterwards we continued on the narrow and awesome blue and white streets of Oia. We saw funded windmills, Greek churches and the magnificent Aegean sea.
We ended the two beautiful days with beloved Stephanie and Darren with a great dinner and a nice conversation. I hope to see you again, I wish these beautiful people a life full of health and happiness with their children.
